withinUs TruMarine® Collagen + Magnesium will complete your night-time routine. The unique combination of the amino acids L-theanine and Glycine work together to promote relaxation, helping you get a more restful sleep while stimulating collagen production within the body overnight. The subtle hint of organic lemon makes it enjoyable on its own in warm water or in non-caffeinated tea. Sweet dreams.

Magnesium:

Magnesium is required to regulate and stimulate over 300 biochemical reaction systems within the body including: nerve impulses and muscle contractions. This includes simple functions such as blinking, or more complicated such as your heart beating. These nerve impulses and muscle contractions are essential for our survival.

It is difficult to get enough magnesium (in today’s world) from food alone making supplementation an ideal solution. Symptoms of magnesium deficiency include:

L-Theanine:

L-theanine, is a calm-enhancing amino acid. It promotes relaxation and reduces nervous tension by stimulating alpha wave activity in the brain.
